CASE STUDIES

What we've built and why it worked.

Real projects, real problems, real outcomes. The case studies here describe what was actually built — the problem, the constraints, the approach, and the result.

01

How We Present Projects

Each case study describes the operational problem the client faced, the constraints that shaped the solution, the approach we took, and the concrete outcome. We do not publish client names or sensitive operational details without explicit permission — but we describe the problem and the solution accurately.

Projects are categorized by type, not by industry — because the type of problem determines the approach more than the sector does.

02

Prototypes

Working prototypes built to validate a concept, test a technical approach, or demonstrate a capability before committing to full development. Projects where speed and learning take priority over completeness — but where the prototype is still engineered with production patterns so it can grow.

03

Products

Complete operational systems built for production — management systems, client portals, automation platforms, IoT deployments. Projects where the full CREANODE build process was applied: discovery, architecture, modular development, deployment, and ongoing operation.
