Terms of Service

CREANODE provides software development, business support, electronics design, and platform services to client organizations. Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in project agreements between CREANODE and the client organization. These terms of service govern the general relationship; project agreements govern the specific engagement.

Organizations accessing the CREANODE platform are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account. Account access is for authorized users only. Organizations must notify CREANODE promptly if they become aware of unauthorized access or a security breach.

Payment terms are defined in each project agreement. Invoices are payable within the period specified in the agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination as specified in the project agreement. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

All code developed for a client project is owned by the client organization upon full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client data stored in CREANODE-operated systems remains the property of the client organization. CREANODE processes client data only for the purpose of providing contracted services. Data processing details are governed by the Data Processing Agreement.
