Overview
The Admin Panel gives authorized users full operational control over the system — without needing to contact a developer for every change. It is designed for the people who run the operation: managers, administrators, and operators who need to act without technical support.
User Management
Creating accounts, assigning roles, managing permissions, deactivating users, and reviewing access history — all from the admin interface. Role assignments are immediate and enforced system-wide. No manual configuration files to edit.
Configuration
System-level and module-level settings are managed through the admin panel — not through config files or code changes. Administrators can adjust operational parameters, notification settings, integration credentials, and module behavior without a deployment cycle.
Operations
Managing the operational data of the system: orders, clients, content, records — depending on the modules active in each deployment. The admin panel exposes the same data that the system manages, with the controls appropriate for the person running the operation.
Audit & History
Every administrative action is logged with actor, timestamp, and change details. The audit history is visible to authorized administrators — so nothing happens in the system without a trace. Useful for compliance, for investigating incidents, and for understanding what changed and who changed it.
