Overview

The Client Panel is the standard interface for external users of a CREANODE-powered system. Every organization gets a client panel that exposes exactly the functionality that is relevant to their clients — no more, no less. The panel is accessible on any device and requires no installation.

Scoped Access

Each client sees only their own data. Access is enforced at every layer — the UI shows only what is permitted, and the data layer enforces the same constraints. A client cannot access another client's records, regardless of the URL they request.

Data & Documents

Orders, projects, invoices, reports, certificates, and any other operational records can be surfaced through the panel. Documents are managed through a structured file system — not email attachments. Clients can download, review, and acknowledge documents without support involvement.

Communication

In-panel messaging and notification system — so communication is tied to the correct order, project, or record rather than floating in email. Automatic notifications for status changes, new documents, and required actions keep clients informed without manual follow-up.

Branding

The Client Panel is fully branded for your organization — your domain, your logo, your color palette. Clients access it at your domain and experience it as your product. The technology underneath is invisible to them.
