Maintenance Windows

Scheduled maintenance is performed during low-traffic periods and announced at least 48 hours in advance to affected organizations. Maintenance affecting client-facing services is communicated directly to impacted users. The status page reflects scheduled maintenance as it approaches.

No incidents in the past 90 days. When incidents occur, they are documented here with timeline, impact description, root cause, and the steps taken to prevent recurrence. Incident transparency is part of how we operate — not something disclosed only when asked.

Notifications

Organizations under a maintenance plan receive automatic notifications for incidents and scheduled maintenance via email. If you are not receiving status notifications and would like to, contact your account manager or reach out through support.
