User Guides

Step-by-step guides for common tasks in the platform — written for the people doing the work, not for the people who built the system. Includes screenshots, decision trees, and troubleshooting guidance for the operations your team performs regularly.

Module Documentation

Reference documentation for each module active in your organization: data model explanations, workflow descriptions, configuration options, and integration details. Kept current with each module update — so the documentation reflects the system as it actually works, not as it worked at launch.

Admin Guides

Operational documentation for administrators and managers: user management procedures, configuration walkthroughs, backup and recovery procedures, and security settings. Written for the people responsible for keeping the system running correctly — not just for the initial setup.

Release Notes

Detailed notes for every platform and module update — what changed, what was fixed, what was added, and what might require action from administrators or users. Release notes are written to be useful, not to pad a changelog: if an update changes behavior, the notes explain what changed and why.
