PLATFORM API

Programmatic access to your operational data.

The CREANODE platform API exposes authorized data and operations to external systems — enabling automation, reporting, and integration with tools outside the platform ecosystem.

01

Overview

The platform API provides a structured interface for reading and writing platform data from external systems. It is not a public API — it requires authenticated access scoped to a specific organization. Every API operation is logged in the audit trail alongside user-initiated actions.

02

Authentication

API access uses token-based authentication. Tokens are scoped to specific permissions and can be limited by IP address, expiry time, and operation type. Token activity is logged and tokens can be revoked immediately through the admin panel.

03

Endpoints

REST endpoints organized by resource type — users, orders, documents, modules, configuration — with consistent response structures and error codes. Module-specific endpoints are available when the corresponding module is active for the organization.

04

Versioning

The API is versioned to allow platform evolution without breaking existing integrations. Clients pin to a specific API version; breaking changes are only introduced in new major versions with a defined migration path and deprecation timeline.

05

Getting Access

API access is enabled per organization and requires requesting the specific permissions needed. Full API documentation is available in the Developer Center after authentication. For questions about API capabilities for a specific integration use case, contact us directly.
