Dedicated Project
A defined scope, a defined timeline, a defined outcome. We analyze the requirements, propose an architecture, and deliver a complete working system. Pricing is based on the scope and complexity of the project, agreed in advance.
Suitable for: new systems, major rebuilds, first-time engagements.
Subscription
Ongoing development, feature additions, and system evolution on a monthly basis. A fixed budget per month with a clear scope of what gets done. This model works well for organizations that continuously need new functionality or operational improvements.
Suitable for: growing systems, teams without in-house developers, platform clients.
Maintenance & Support
System upkeep, bug resolution, dependency updates, security patches, and operational monitoring for systems already in production. Priced as a monthly retainer based on system complexity and required response time.
